The PS3002 is a 12-volt, 1.9-ampere continuous regulated power supply. Designed to support numerous control panels, the module increases the panels available standby current and provides an ac-only mode of operation as required by UL and NFPA for residential fire applications. A 50VA, 16.5-volt transformer and all required mounting hardware are supplied.
The PS3002 is UL listed for Central Station, Police Station Connect, Household Fire and Household Burglar Alarm System Units. (For UL Certified installations, the PS3002 must be wired as part of a supervised system.
In the ac-only mode, the PS3002 can supply auxiliary and/or siren current up to a maximum total of 1.9 ampereswhere the auxiliary current from the PS3002 does not exceed 1.4 amperes.
